    Yes, you will receive a certificate. It confirms your participation and can be used for both acquisition and job applications. You will receive it digitally and as a printout. You will also receive a digital badge that you can use on your website or in presentations, for example.

  • Who is the training suitable for?

    The training is for brand designers with at least 2-3 years of professional experience, as well as design agencies that want to specifically incorporate brand strategy into their process.

  • What are the cancellation terms?

    You can cancel your participation free of charge up to 28 days before the training course. If you cancel up to 14 days before the date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the price will be charged. If you cancel later than this, the full amount will be charged.

  • Is a booking transferable?

    In individual cases, it is possible to transfer participation to another person. Just send us a quick message – we will be happy to check whether this is possible in your case.

  • Is the training being recorded?

    No, the training is deliberately not recorded, as the focus is on personal, interactive work in a small group on site. The added value comes from direct exchange, joint development of content and individual feedback during the sessions. To ensure that you continue to receive support after the training, you will have access to our regular Q&A sessions for 12 months. There you can ask questions, discuss specific cases and deepen your knowledge.
