glims is a start-up that offers vitamins and minerals that everyone needs – developed by laboratory physicians in Germany.

Problem: In a saturated, highly competitive market, the goal is to clearly differentiate themselves from other brands.

Solution: Helder developed a strategic and visual brand identity as well as a naming that makes the brand essence “glänzend” tangible. The brand design picks up on the aesthetics of ambitious modern bohemia.

Result: With a brand identity that stands out, glims clearly differentiates itself and appeals to the relevant target group: People who want to achieve their physical and mental optimum despite an urban, intensive lifestyle.

Naming

The name says it all – derived from “glimmer”, an English translation of the brand essence, the brand name makes a promise: glims makes you shine.

WORDMARK

The wordmark is bold, but still appears friendly and inviting thanks to its rounded shape. The deliberately placed accents form a harmonious overall picture with the key visuals.

Colour Scheme

The fresh, eye-catching colour scheme is consciously aimed at the modern urban target group.

KEY VISUAL

The ingredients form the basis for the development of the key visuals. Simplified and recognisable, they form an individual design system.

Imagery style

The image style shows diverse, lively people at close range, signalling the desirable glow effect – photographed by Stephie Braun.

Typography

A bold typography with individually shaped letters emphasises the personal, likeable character of the brand.

Brand Guideline

The brand guideline enables employees and external partners to consistently apply design and messaging.
