Transfer the collected data into the corresponding categories of the SWOT template. Conduct Analysis: Discuss and evaluate the aspects. For example, how can strengths be leveraged more effectively? What weaknesses need to be addressed first? How should threats be responded to?
- Develop Strategy: Prioritize the insights from the SWOT analysis and align them with your own resources to derive and plan strategic measures.
